Virtual Assistant for non-profit [Philippines]


 

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing files, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience using various software programs. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, emails, and contacts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and manage files, documents, and other data.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
