What You Will Do:
Job Summary:
The Associate Consultant role will assist, lead, and implement strategic projects within Ascension Health. As a dynamic member of Strategic Integration, the Associate Consultant will be tasked with supporting project management work, as well as becoming a strategic thought partner and subject matter expert within each project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes within Ascension Health, by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals, and following up with stakeholders
- Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables including weekly updates, status reports, and presentations
- Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources in various areas of healthcare
- Exemplify a high level of customer service and hospitality to our internal associates and external participants, by providing consistent change management for end users

What You Will Need:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
