are personal finance professionals who interact with, and educate our clients to find a debt relief program that suits their needs. Debt Advisors seek to establish meaningful and trusting relationships with incoming clientele and secure their business by enrolling clients into one of our programs.

Starting Pay:

  • $17 per hour + Commissions (Earning Potential of $150,000+)

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and offer our services by using empathetic listening and solid selling skills to prospective customers, based on the training and scripts we provide to you

  • Maintain leads properly by setting appointments, updating file notes and statuses

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, per training

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to previous callers via email, text and calls

  • Discuss financial options with clients and keep them informed about our services

  • Regular attendance and spending quality time with each call

Qualifications:

  • Debt, mortgage, finance and collection experience preferred
  • Phone sales and call center experience required

  • Positive and high energy attitude is a must

  • Company equipment provided but must have ability to work from home with internet connection and accessibility to router with ethernet cord

  • Must be comfortable with computers, software, and phone systems
