Our company is actively seeking career-minded and motivated members for our Manufacturing Service Crew destined to move into Operator positions. These positions may be assigned to work at the Cohoes, Waterford, or Albany locations.

The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work shifts on a rotating basis which may include evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift differential will be paid for hours worked on second and third shift. Double time will be paid for hours worked on Sundays.
Pay Rate:
The Service Crew probationary rate is $22.30/hr. for the first 90 days. With satisfactory completion of the 90 day probation period, compensation rates will increase to the job rate of pay, ranging from $25.45 to $31.27.
Job Requirements:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Understand how to work safely
Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling
Must be able to work shifts on a rotating basis (includes evenings, nights, and weekends)
Qualification Requirements:

Proven work history
Ability to work successfully in a team environment with safety awareness
