This role is based in Norway and the successful candidate should be able to commute regularly (3 days/week) to the office in Oslo.

The Pricing Reimbursement and Access (PRA) Manager is a valued member of the wider PRA team, but also of the Brand teams, adding market access expertise to the brand team discussions. The PRA Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Medical and Compliance.

This role is accountable for managing Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access (PRA) for multiple Lilly products in Norway.

  • Prepare, localize, and submit local HTA dossiers, health economic assessments, and hospital tenders

  • Develop and use strategic material for payer customers to understand the value of our medicines

  • Understand the national healthcare systems and payers to shape and transform our cross-functional commercial strategies across our product portfolio

  • Influence payer processes and decisions to secure access of Lilly medicines to patients

  • Build strong relationships with payers and national healthcare system stakeholders to enable better access outcomes for our patients across our therapy areas

  • Work in a very integrated way with cross-functional colleagues in PRA, Marketing, Sales and Medical.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare system and payer environment (e.g., NoMA, hospital procurement, tender process) including key stakeholders, and critical decision-making factors

  • Experience with health economic assessments and hospital tenders

  • Strong drive for excellence and motivated to deliver aspirational outcomes

  • Strategic thinking: able to synthesize large volumes of information into clear priorities and operational plans across multiple projects, while not losing sight of the bigger picture

  • Strong team player who can lead and influence cross-functionally and vertically

  • Clear & impactful communication skills;Fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian and English

  • Highly proficient user of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
