Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food Technology / Nutrition or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry and experience as n Quality Control / Assurance in Food Industry will be added advantage
- Knowledge in Food Safety standards i.e. HACCP / GMP / HALAL
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and wiling to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point )
- Pro-active with strong sense of responsibility and committed to work
- Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
- Language required: English, Malay

Responsibility
- Responsible in all HACCP, GMP & Halal related matters including application, audit, renewal and add in new products
- Responsible in all HACCP, GMP & Halal documentation
- Ensure that all HACCP, GMP & food safety standards are met
- Responsible in the overall quality and safety standards of food products
- Responsible to supervise the overall hygiene of staff, warehouse, machinery and production line
- Day to day operation to ensure quality product and food safety standard & regulation
- Provide in house training and typhoid injection for production workers
- To assist in the smooth flow of QA& QC department daily quality activities and do inspection on all incoming material
- Responsible for instrument calibration, pest control monitoring, materials receiving and etc
- Handle documentation and audit for JKKP, supervise workplace safety
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
