- Implementing a content strategy that meets the organization's objectives, targets the right audience, and increases brand awareness and engagement.
- Managing and publishing content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and other platforms.
- Collaborating with other teams such as marketing design, and customer service, to create and execute integrated campaigns across different channels
- Responding to and managing negative comments, reviews and social media crises in a timely and professional manner
