LXM Aero GmbH is an agile aviation service provider and specialist in generating ancillary revenue for airlines.
As a technology partner, we provide airlines with exterior livery and aviation signage services. We offer a wide range of services, from designing single aircraft liveries to entire fleets, from complete aircraft liveries to placards, stencils, and spray masks.

Required skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Good knowledge and experience in dealing with travel booking platforms
- Positive attitude towards the tasks and pleasure in dealing with people
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, German language ability of advantage
- Positive and appreciative attitude when dealing with cultures from other countries
- Organizational talent and independent work, as well as team spirit
- Extensive knowledge of using modern means of communication (smartphone/tablet/laptop)
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Tasks
- Project coordination
- Planning of installation projects (livery, cabin – for customer groups airlines, lessors, MRO)
- Travel management for the installation teams
- Coordination of timely airport access authorizations
- Participation in the provision of RFP and RFQ tender documents (airlines, leasing companies, MRO)
- Research work
- Creation of presentations
Responsibility:
- Timely provision of presentation documents
- Responsible, correct, efficient, timely and cost-effective organization and booking of business trips (flight/train/transfer/hotel)
