Business Development Lead/Manager [Egypt]


 

Job Description

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings with solid alliance with Sales team members.
  • Assist in driving synergy initiatives, encompassing activities such as investigating new portfolios, capability-building programs tailored to business requirements, and diligently tracking progress on alliances.
  • Key KPIs:
  • Order Book Margin
  • Customer satisfaction rates
  • Implement an effective business development approach that expands Giza Systems’ reach, strengthens client relationships, through actively seek out new business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
  • Facilitate collaboration and efforts through reporting and alignment on the strengths and capabilities across company.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, and increased revenue.
  • Identify areas where companies can collaborate and share resources.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services.
  • Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that benefit both sister companies.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new collaborative initiatives.
  • Regularly report on the progress and success of business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the stakeholders’ parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Follow all cross-company tasks and build related reports to be presented to the Business Synergy Director.
  • Follow-up Internal Policies & Procedures register on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and register delays.

  • 10 – 15 overall experiences. minimum 4 years in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with Software/Applications, SW Architecture, IT, Cloud, DTx, Managed Services.

Education

Bachelor degree with specialization in Engineering or computer science.
