One of Northern Europe's best hotels are now looking for: Chefs

The positions are both full-time and part-time.
The job is both daytime and evening. Weekend work is expected.

Our team is expanding, and we need new chefs to join our team.

Amerikalinjen is an urban boutique hotel for locals and travellers that opened in March 2019. A meeting place for people of all ages and from all cultures. A warm, eclectic and inspiring house with 122 rooms, a unique history and a fantastic location. The perfect base from which to explore the city.

We are looking for you who want to participate in the demanding and creative process of further developing and operating a vibrant hotel and restaurant house on Jernbanetorget in Oslo.

Amerikalinjen houses several exciting food and drink concepts, all inspired by our unique history and location. Our F&B outlets are aimed at the local market, with a clear ambition to become the market leader in their respective segments.

Amerikalinjen has the following unique Food & Beverage Concepts;

ATLAS: A lively, playful and informal brasserie, serving food inspired by the different corners of Europe - the basis of the fantastic and innovative culinary scene in New York.

HAVEN: A lush green oasis in the backyard of the hotel. Here our guests can enjoy a drink as well as a late Saturday brunch.

PIER 42: A modern and innovative cocktail bar with drinks influenced by the connection between Norway and New York.

Winner of Bartenders Choice Awards in 2020 & 2021 for Best Cocktail Bar and The Best Bartender in Norway. Winner of Norse bar show in 2022 for the Best Bar, Best Cocktail Program, Best Team and the Best Bartender.

GUSTAV: A unique jazz club and event scene with seating for 90 people. Own bar and kitchen.
