Our purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure, as well as recommending and implementing new technologies to improve network performance.

About the Role:

This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As the IT Support Associate, you will be supporting a variety of different IT environments, at times on-site with our clients, providing desktop and engineering support. You will be working closely with our clients so outstanding communication and customer service is an essential focus in this role. Your professionalism will be a key strength together with your technical ability.

Minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday between 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring PCs, Servers and networks hardware and software meet personal computing, and business operational requirements.

· Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.

· Monitor network performance, identify, and resolve issues, and implement improvements to optimize network performance.

· Provide windows desktop and server support.

· Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

· Maintaining the security and integrity of company information systems.

· Supporting continuous improvement in the use and performance of systems, companywide.

· Continually innovating in your work environment.

Skills and experience:

· A tertiary business computing qualification or industry recognised vendor qualification such as Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a sizeable. organisation, including working with PCs, servers, storage, and network configurations.

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

· A self-starter, hungry for knowledge, who works well with people and contributes to a positive team culture.

· Knowledge and awareness of security policies and procedures.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different key stakeholders.
