Are you the new CNC miller for our client's brand new department in the Boxmeer area? You will produce for brands such as Rolls Royce, DAF, Scania etc. using the latest machinery.

- A minimum salary of €13,64 to €18,05 gross per hour;

- At the start of your new job, you will receive extensive training lasting two to five weeks. In this training you will learn things like:
o Getting to know the product from A to Z;
o Recognise crucial dimensions;
o Identifying deviations in good time;
o Tool knowledge;
o Performing quality checks correctly.
- Your own brand-new machine. After your training, you will machine the broad spectrum of products on your new 4-axis milling machine from Niigata;
- Personal growth and development. Some colleagues have already progressed towards engineering, quality or programming and operating the many robots in the workshop.
What will you do?
- Clamping and machining of products by CNC machines;
- Performance of any additional work such as deburring, grinding, pressing, checking, etc;
- Performance of prescribed measurements according to measurement sheets and completion of measurement sheets and production daily statements;
- Preserving and packaging products according to predefined instructions;
- Applying labels to finished products;
- Calling in the team leader in case of possible deviations;
- Awareness and responsibility for quality, environment and productivity;
- Responsibility for the quality and quantity of the products;
- In case of rejection, remove these to the designated area and complete rejection form;
- Daily maintenance of workplace and machines and checking wear and tear of tools of the machines.
Who are you?
- You have completed a VMBO-level metal/technical education or have demonstrable experience in machining;
- Command of the Dutch, English or German language;
- Courses: CNC Frezer I and II, CNC Machining, basic Technical drawing reading, ISO programming and operation of Fanuc controls;
- Basic knowledge of quality and environmental management systems;
- Quality conscious, sense of responsibility, motivated and strong in teamwork.
