Your day to day:
As IoT is a fast-growing segment in the IT area, Vodafone Group is continuously developing its own IoT Services and Products to target a strategic evolution designed specifically to meet the needs of Global IoT customers.
In this role, you will provide support and collaborate with software developers to improve IoT services in Vodafone's portfolio for enterprise customers. You will ensure the transition of the solutions offered from the development environment to the operational environment through a validation, testing and implementation process

Solve incidents and advanced technical problems and contribute to improving the customer experience, both during and outside business hours by ensuring on-call availability.- Participate in the creation of documentation, procedures and process implementations in the team.
- Work alongside different technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensure that we are delivering according to their expectations.
- Be actively involved in the decision-making of the projects and agree on measurable and realistic terms for deliverable tasks.
- Regularly identify improvement/automation opportunities and to develop scripts according to the team needs.
- Coach/mentor new and junior employees

With these skills you are a great candidate:
Solid experience with AWS (certifications are highly desirable).- Good understanding of ITIL, DevOps principles and Agile methodology
- Solid knowledge and working experience with automatic deployment methods using CI/CD (Jenkins) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding and working experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, Microservices.
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch / EKS / MSK.
- Rich operational knowledge and experience – at expert level in IT, able to debug and troubleshoot application issues on Linux servers.
- Knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of Kafka is preferred.
- Experience in solving advanced problems, detailed analysis, and implementation of solutions.
- Advanced English language.
