These are full/part-time posts working 15 or 37.5 hours per week as follows:
- 6/7am – 2/3pm Monday to Friday
- 3pm - 11pm - 5 days out of 7 per week (enhanced rates apply)
- 430pm – 730pm Monday to Friday
- 7am – 3pm Saturday and Sunday (enhanced rates apply)

To assist in the provision and maintenance of a high quality, specialised cleaning service by providing cleaning and associated duties to both ward and departmental areas within the Trust.
This is a key post vital to maintaining the Trusts hygiene and control of infection guidelines.
General duties will include:
- Cleaning.
- Use of specialist cleaning equipment including suction cleaners and scrubber driers.
- To be helpful, courteous and kind to colleagues, staff, patients and visitors alike.
- To be aware of patient’s dignity and privacy needs at all times and to act appropriately.
- To support the philosophy of team building within the department.
- Effective, positive communication.
- To ensure that the Department’s philosophy of quality care and customer service is reflected in practice to the benefit of all Hospital Service User
