Your Responsibilities
  • Utilize your expertise to mine and analyze data from diverse company data sources, extracting valuable insights that will drive strategic decision-making
  • Develop advanced predictive models that empower us to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other critical business outcomes
  • Create visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate complex findings to business stakeholders, enabling informed and data-driven decisions
  • Work seamlessly with data engineering team and different functional teams to implement developed models and closely monitor their performance to ensure successful integration and execution
  • Be an integral part of our talented Data Science team, collaborating, sharing knowledge, and contributing to collective success
  • Develop robust processes and tools to continuously monitor and analyze model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data-driven initiatives
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, detailing methodologies, insights, and findings, to facilitate seamless knowledge-sharing across the organization
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, showcasing successful data-driven projects and outcomes
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc. to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms (clustering, autoML, deep learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and understand their real-world advantages and limitations. Showcase your experience in applying machine learning to solve practical business challenges
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Be proficient in utilizing data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, to craft visually engaging representations of complex data, enabling better comprehension and decision-making
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, combined with a strong business orientation
  • Eager to learn, team spirit, initiative and autonomous way of working
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
